When will I be billed for my subscription?
Monthly subscriptions are billed on the first of each month for the upcoming month's mailing.
Yearly subscriptions will be renewed on the date of purchase of the prior subscription.
When will my envelope be mailed?
Envelopes will be mailed on the 12th of each month. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. Should your mailing for a month not be received, please reach out to us at contact@thethunderbirdfarm.com
How to I access my digital Patreon content?
Each mailing will have a "How The HandCrafted Post™ Works" insert that will provide both monthly & yearly subscribers with a link to access their gifted "Evie's Studio" tier from our Patreon.
How do I cancel my monthly subscription?
Use the "manage subscription" link in your confirmation email or log into your customer account on our website to access the Appstle customer portal. Here is where you can cancel your mailings. Please remember that if you cancel after the 1st you will still receive a mailing for the upcoming month due to the nature of how payments are made.
Please understand that when you cancel, you are doing a disservice to us as a small business that has needed to order items for your mail club months in advance.
